The 'Teutoburger Wurstfabrik' is a medium-size family business, founded in 1906, which is specialized in the production of raw sausage and raw ham.
Meanwhile in the third generation, our products are still manufactured to the basis of 'Old recipes of the country' and show this heritage of true natural quality and quality has highest priority for us!
For us following good old traditions goes hand in hand with the modern production methods. To ensure an optimal organized production sequence, we work with newest machinery and use modern technology.

Our multi-functional slicing -systems opens up a lot of possibilities for different packing and weight-units, so we are fortunately able to deal with almost all desires and needs demanded by the market.
To guarantee a continuous quality and safety of our products, the careful selection of raw material and reliable suppliers - is very important to us. The strict control according to HACCP understands itself. We are certified by IFS (International Food Standard), BRC, QS and Bio (EG-Öko-Verordnung).
